Elise　pulled　a　pack　of　Marlboros　out　of　her　bag；　but　before　she　could　offer　one　to　Jenny；　Serena

tossed　over　her　pack　of　American　Spirits。　？Put　those　away。　These　are　so　much　better　for　you。？
